Please read the following Terms and conditions.

General

• On arrival dog/s must be on leash entering and exiting the dog run.
• Before exiting, dog/s must but be secured on leash inside the dog run until in your vehicle.
• AT ALL TIMES animals must be accompanied by their owner or regular handler. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted in the park at anytime. 
• No animal is to be left in the dog run unattended.
• Patrons are responsible for their dog/s at all times. Any injury to your dog/s, surrounding stock or damage to infrastructure is your responsibility.
• For your dogs' safety, check the area is secure before releasing the animal and report any issues promptly to admin or staff.
• Keep dogs and children off the fences, any damage is your responsibility and repairs will be billed to you. Video footage may be used for evidence.
• Dogs are not permitted in the dog run if they have weeping eyes, diarrhoea, symptoms of kennel cough or mange.  
• For best health practices, you are required to bring your own water bowl. Clean tap water is provided. 
• Digging is allowed but not within a meter of the fence and holes must be filled in before leaving.
• Dog stools must be scooped up with the tools provided and placed in the plastic free composting systems on site.
• Dog poo bags are not suitable for the compost system. If you wish to use a bag you must take it with you.
• The area is residential and noise must be kept to a minimum.
• Patrons must only enter the yard at the designated booked time and only if the dog run is clear of other patrons.
• Patrons and their dog/s must leave promptly at the session end time. 
• Patrons who have difficulty handling their dog/s on leash can book an assessment and may be offered specialist equipment to manage their dog/s.
• Time for Paws Leopold is not suitable for dogs that will climb or damage fences or dogs that bark constantly.
• Time for Paws Leopold is not suitable for people who cannot physically contain their dog/s on leash. Farm animals such as sheep, cattle, horses, poultry and other dogs may be visible or heard from the yard and the surrounding properties.
• Time for Paws Leopold is not responsible for injuries or vet bills incurred whist the dog/s are in the designated yard and being transported to and from the parking area and the yard.
• Time for Paws Leopold is not responsible for injuries or vet bills incurred from dog fights, any injuries incurred from fights between dogs is your responsibility.

Bookings

• Bookings can be managed via the My Bookings link once you have logged into the site.
• Induction/Tour Bookings can be made up to one Day before the desired day and time.
• Regular Bookings can be made up to one 30 minutes before the desired day and time.
• You can Cancel your booking up to 30 minutes before the scheduled date and time, but please note that NO REFUNDS will be given if you Cancel a booking.
• Rescheduling a booking can be completed up to 30 minutes before the booking date and time.
• A rescheduled booking must be for the same duration as the original booking.
